Hello, I’m Brooke, the founder of Bloom Tutors Online and a UK-trained teacher with over 12 years of experience as both a classroom teacher and private tutor.
Originally from South Africa, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and have had the privilege of teaching and tutoring in some of the leading independent schools in central London. Throughout my career, I have worked with children from a wide range of international backgrounds, supporting families both in the UK and across the world.
My specialist expertise includes preparing students for 7+, 8+ and 11+ Common Entrance examinations, alongside providing high-quality online English tutoring to families worldwide, with a strong focus on confidence, clarity and academic success.
I have worked with pupils from a wide range of academic backgrounds, from those preparing for competitive independent school entrance exams, to children who simply need reassurance, structure and encouragement to rebuild their confidence.
My teaching style is calm, structured and highly personalised, and I firmly believe that children learn best when they feel secure, valued and motivated.
